And in it there are a few ways to manipulate cards in there that could give nice advantages to play:
- marked cards: A joker or a consumable that marks a number of cards. Those cards can be read from the back, ie upside down, also making them visible when they are the top card on the deck (and thus the next one to be drawn). Since this doesn't have too much impact, I could see it be a joker, like "Cheater" that marks all cards that are discarded/played/held in hand/all of the above. (edit) additionally they could be the cards that are immune to be debuffed.
- sanded cards: A joker or consumable that gives a number of cards a slight hourglass shape. I think a spectral card would work best for this, since they are rather rare and not Fool-able. Those cards will always be drawn first (because the shape allows for manipulative shuffling). This could be op, but it would be an enhancement, thus making other enhancements impossible like "lucky" and I think that allows for great
