Yeah Oops! has one of my favourite designs in the game but I feel like it’s significantly underpowered, wish there were more uses for it

How does this interact with Oops? Would wheel go to 3/4 or 4/4, because I feel like both make logical sense

I'd assume the deck bonus goes first, then joker bonus

So Wheel would be 4 in 4 with one oa6
