Better naming is just giving a negative version, though could be a bit too good as for economy
I wanted to avoid the +2-3$ you get per negative sold thu
Tbh
rock and stone
I think this would instantly be my least favorite deck
-1 hand size is awful
The fact you get a huge boost to levels every ante would outweigh it IMO
Then that’s just HC/Pair bait
Only if you let it be, it doesn't disadvantage other hands nearly that bad
I wanted the downside to be -1 consumable slots but idk how that'd pan out
yeah but it's much harder to play stuff that isnt hc/pair if you have 1 less handsize
Look at me I'm stone rock
Consistency vs quality of hands
FOR KARL
I agree with the whole "-1 handsize makes big hands more inconsistent" but at the gain of basically a level per blind, it's like a permanent blue seal
This will almost always make big hands worth playing even if you get one less played per round
A blue seal that specifically targets whatever you play most, not just your final hand (arguably better)
It kinda just depends on how hard the -1 hand size affects your early game, because if it makes you play 1 5 card hand and then 3 garbage hands, you get foiled
I think I’m liking this idea if the downside was different
^^^^
i like that more but then its just an alt nebula deck
Which is why I changed it lol
I like the idea of gaining immediate power for doing well
I just dunno what would work well with that
Maybe smth meant to make pivoting harder
observatory useful without perkeo??? unbelievable
Not really since you’ll have to use hands as discards
Your big hands will likely be less played than your HC and pairs
Thus only giving you more HC and pair planets
You still need to survive ante 1, and when blue stake is changed you'll almost always have equal or higher hands than HC or Pair. You can usually beat the first two blinds without needing to use a single hand as a discard hand
