Change Hanging Chad to retrigger rightmost card instead (photochad nerf)

With this change you'd have to either do flushes or high cards to consistently photochad
It doesn't affect high card photochad, but I think it's fine since I find pulling it off with high card fun

this is… worse. hanging chad can now just hit a glass card or a face card (because you did absolutely nothing to fix photograph-chad) at the end, and +mult from cards scoring (e.g empress or agate) now get rolled into the x8/x64 as well.

what’s stopping me from adding a couple jacks on abandoned
what’s stopping me from just playing one high card (since photochad works well with HC anyways)
what’s stopping me from holding a justice and slapping glass onto the fifth card of a straight or flush or full house or 5oaK

the thing with current photochad is that you need hand levels or the x8 doesn’t have any base mult to work on
and with this all of that goes out the window, photochad is no longer kept in check by planets because empress, magician, WT, scholar, the four sins, onyx agate, and steven exist

atp just do the balatro multiplayer chad rework if you dislike photochad that much (retrigger first two scored cards once each)

and at that point just play multiplayer mod lol
