Maybe a balancing idea is to have 1 less consumable slot due to it being just a better black deck that way

plus vouchers which add consumable slots are just antimatter+

you cant use consumables when youre using all joker slots (unless arcana packs) that way

and that negates all kinds of consumable blocking and high priestess, ect.
