It could even be 8, it is still a sidegrade to drunkard as you usually aren't going to be discarding everything. Much more total discard-able cards, but not as convenient.

regardless, many cases where you want to use discards in non hc/pair builds, you're sifting to play your 4/5 card hand

As such, you won't discard all 6 cards

Making it worse than drunkard in such cases; I don't think HC + pair need a buff anyway
