this happens due to the nature of steamodded injecting code into balatro to mod it, which is also a common method of getting malicious code into a file

all the code for steamodded and lovely is open source so you can check it yourself if you want to verify that it is safe
it is 100% safe though

Hatching/RF Triage is a pretty specialised analysis tool, it's not really a site you can just upload files to and get a "virus/not virus" result. VirusTotal is better suited for that

..which is why i said "if you're really concerned", VirusTotal also has many false positives, so Triage is proabably the best way, since you can see exactly what was flagged.
