Adds half of any scored Bonus card's rank to its mult, i.e. any scored bonus 8 will get +4 permanent Mult

I like the concept, but this is not balanced.
I can easily gain 50 permanent mult in just 1 hand.
With an optimized build, you could get 75 or 100.
This is better than all of the other scaling plus mult jokers in the game combined.
It might be balanced if it was just something like +6 mult for every bonus card scored, non scaling.
If the added mult doesn't stack, i.e. if you score an upgraded card again, it doesn't get any higher, it could be ok too.
I dont think there is any +mult rare card
so there isnt really anything to compare it to
but this is much stronger than all the uncommon +mult jokers

I feel like making it be .02 wouldnt be too broken

100 scored bonus cards will take a while even with retriggers

If ur getting that many retriggers and deckfixing enough for being able to always pull the same 5 cards u prob alr have smth crazier going on
That is just 2 hierophants and a sock or seltzer. This is 50 scaling permanent mult. This is significantly easier to scale that green joker, ride the bus, flash card or any other. Even without much deck fixing at all, just one bonus face card per a hand out scales green joker by 5 times. This is not remotely balanced.
not sick me here, I like the reworked idea like getting it at the start of a run then building into bonus with retriggers, to get insane scores
ok yeah even if its rare its very broken, it'd need to be nerfed to +1 mult or smth.
Back to reworked idea: Even with retriggers its +0.1X mult / hand so making it +0.02X mult or +0.03X mult wouldn't make it broken
and its also prob just better than original
