Start with an eternal Joker (+4 mult) and a standard 52 card deck

All ways of modifying the deck in any way (adding, enhancing, removing etc) are not allowed
Tarot cards appear 4 times less than normal

The lower amount of tarots seems a lil overkill, but ok

That 4x less often is to prevent your immediate boost to econ

The 4x is what I think is overkill, x2 less seems a bit less over the top. Also the extra money is probably needed to get better jokers considering there’s no way of altering the deck

Money is def not going to be a chokehold

You’ll see more jokers on average anyway
