i think this is a good idea, but i think it should decrease how many times that card is retriggered by this Joker whenever its triggered, and once it hits 0 then it become perma debuffed until this joker is sold

I feel that would put it in rare territory. Which I'm not totally against to be honest

Though it would be hard to keep track of which cards would debuff

could alternatively be it retriggers every card twice and once it activates like 50 times the Joker itself is perma-debuffed
