Start run with eternal copies of Rough Gem, Bloodstone, Arrowhead, Onyx Agate, and Flower Pot.
Jokers in packs or shop without edition have a 25% chance to be replaced by either The Star, The Moon, The Sun, or The World.

The Club, The Goad, The Window, The Head, and Verdant Leaf are banned.

The Lovers and Wildcard are finally useful!

Edit: I like these additions:

• Joker slots are set to 0 from the beginning (optional : ban buffon packs and despawn jokers in shop)
• Small blind does not give money (maybe also Big blind, since you can get money with gold/Diamond cards)
• Death is banned (so you have to rely more on the Lovers / Cryptid whenever you find it / standard packs to find wildcards)

well, all 5 joker slots are used by eternal suit stones and flower pot, so you can't buy any more jokers (assuming OP doesn't add game modifiers and/or make some starting jokers negative)

(also, you can only add negative jokers to your hand, if jokers slots are not set to 0)

You’ve got Econ and all sorts of scoring right off the start

i guess, but without any more jokers and the fact that you need to use flower pot at some point, this incentivise you to play 4/5-card hands

i personnally think this is an interesting challenge base, but i'd buff the difficulty a little bit with additional rules

Yeah but that’s all it really is. You find one lovers and then start using death all over the place w/ some deck thinning and it’s a pretty easy win I’d say

I originally considered also banning everything joker related but decided against it because it seemed like too much
The lack of blind money is a great idea btw

after all, it's your choice to randomize part of your deck with -1 hand size after the operation

only the random rank one does

also, i just realized something : Amber Acorn should also be banned since joker ordering doesn't matter (as joker stones provide mult and chips on card scoring)

Challenges don’t need to be especially hard

But I agree that there shouldn’t be eor rewards and interest, the only way you can get money is from rough gem (maybe ban devil , hermit and temperance it would be funny)

actually it does matter with wild cards where it's important if onyx agate or bloodstone will score first

good observation (my reasoning was about a vanilla deck, or with few wildcards)
