I still don't have a name for it but the deck allows you to not immediately use cards you get from booster packs and keep it for later, the requirement should be high like painted deck since it isn't very beginner-friendly

Nah it's perfect IMO

It makes it so taking them out of booster packs still requires more dedicated searching to be worthwhile
