This concept is inspired by The Cafe in Rhythm Heaven, a little rest stop/diversion off the main menu where Jimbo (or a new different character) can give advice, offer insults, or do any number of mini-games.

It would be hilarious to be able to play solitaire here, play different songs on a jukebox, or maybe a dice game. HOWEVER the primary goal of this spot would be to add more meaningful interactions with Jimbo and a way to give new players non intrusive advice on different strategies

It could be themed in any way, but I thought diverging from a cafe to a bar would make sense thematically while explicitly calling it a mocktail bar would dodge any 'alcohol' ratings. Could instead be a themed around a card-box, space port, garden, or cabin the woods.

Honestly what could be cool is a couple of different Jokers being given personalities;

The mocktail bar ran by Jimbo,
A mini game "plaza" in a cardboard box ran by Vagabond,
A graveyard for previous runs ran by Mr Bones,
A "tree of wisdom" type area designed to give hints at secrets, synergy ideas, etc, ran by constellation

Hell, if you really wanna have fun with it, make jokers in your current run hang out inside the café

Nothing big, a line or two per Joker that rhey may say while you're in it

That could end up being a ton of work. Two lines per card is 300! Which might not scale well the more that is added. But you're so right, it would add so much personality
