Balatro already has flush house, five of a kind and flush house which are illegal hands, why not go further? I understand the use case on these is even smaller, but it could be fun and it feels like a hole in design currently.

Not necessarily since 4oak already exists. I'm not saying it should bump four flush to five flush really, I'm just trying to make it exist.
Making it entirely separate would be not worth it, since you would lock yourself into having four fingers for eternity.
