When it comes to booster packs, you still have to choose 1 or 2 as the booster wants you to, but you can use the same one again if you’d like.

Yeah but that’s a seeded run, which doesn’t count. You can get all legendaries in one run already via seeds so why should it matter?

It wouldn’t. It really won’t. Perkeo already destroyed seeded runs. This is worse Perkeo. And why in the world would you ever balance the game around seeded runs anyway??

The ONLY thing this allows is now getting souls in the inventory slot, which isn’t that OP in endless runs since it’s already broken.

If for some reason you don’t know, you can already get every other spectral card in your inventory slots anyway

The proposed description change does not have the same effect

Also, with said description change in mind you would be able to sell both instances of the consumable no matter whether or not you used it

Which would make every single tarot card purchased from the shop provide a profit

I actually think this a pretty neat idea, although maybe change the name (since its in the same vein as a food joker) and make it not work on spectrals

It’s powerful, but it would be fun to strategize which procs to use for power now, and which ones to save for a permanent shop buff

While I can't deny that its power would be more in line with a rare than an uncommon, I think it would be disappointing to get a non-permanent rare, especially with stuff like wraith
