Ouija shouldn't be free, but this should. This is +1 blind. This is obviously a good thing 95% of the time, but good enough for a permanent -1 hand size? You can say what you want, but I'd never use this in it's current state

I feel like debuffing reward gained from beating blinds should be reduced instead so it affect all decks equally.

How about 2x blind size for that blind since this wouldn' effect small blind. A harder blind means an opportunity to lose, but at the reward of more money and another shop if beaten.
