I am extremely conflicted on this one. I think it barely dodges the "no having multiple effects" rule because they are all unified, but it feels odd. The randomness could probably limited to just hands to reduce being messed up, and it isn't that strong for a rare.
With some reworking could definitely be a fun joker though
I'd say this is uncommon at most, but even then it would have to be stronger to justify the randomness. Maybe include aces and nines, and two new stronger options (like a stronger chips option or maybe even econ)
but at that point the effect description is bloat
But ultimately, it's gotta be stronger.
btw, 1.2^5 is ~2.5X mult, and 1.2^4 is ~2X mult. For reference, the family (the rare xmult 4oak joker) gives 4X mult.
Ok either a Rare Version where:
Scored 3’s give +50 chips
Scored 5’s give +10 mult
Scored 7’s give x1.5 mult
Bonuses shuffle every hand.
Or an Uncommon One where the bonuses stay as the original and the change reduces to just hands
Yeah thats a bit more balanced. Even then it might still be a tad low because scary face gives 50 chips each face card (which is three ranks instead of one) and the sinful jokers give 5 mult for each suit (which is 1/4th of the entire deck instead of 1/13th, which when multiplied by 2 due to the extra mult is 2/13ths or 1/6.5th, which is still weaker)
1.5 is probably enough, since retriggers just break xmult playing card related jokers anyway
I thought scary face gave 30 and sinfuls gave 3?

Still, from a strength standpoint, this isn’t worth being rare. Rares should be stronger, even with the lower values they aren’t significantly stronger.
Ok so maybe:
Scored 3’s give +150 chips
Scored 5’s give +15 mult
Scored 7’s give x1.5 mult
Bonuses shuffle every hand.
Or too stronk go back a bit?
150 chips is more than half of stuntman PER 3/5/7 scored
Tone it back a little
I think 75 seems reasonable as it has other effects as well
