Open the arcana pack in the shop right after boss blind 2 and take the soul card. Then after the small blind shop (or maybe the same shop if the small blind shop doesn’t work, I don’t remember specifically), reroll until you get invisible joker. The next wheel of fortune you find after this is guaranteed to give polychrome to the triboulet. Once you get it, sell out of everything but Trib, use wheel, THEN sell invisible Joker. Right after that is a luchador you can use to skip The Plant (I haven’t found a way to get reroll voucher on this seed yet and this screenshot is from a run where I found the invisible joker way later). I ran into the plant at what would’ve been Ante 14, but I took a hieroglyph and a petroglyph.

Another heads up, the ante 8 boss is Verdant Leaf, so plan accordingly.

Update: Buy the hieroglyph that shows up at ante 8 and reroll will appear the ante after, so you will not need luchador

There is also a second invisible joker during the first ante 8 that will copy a blueprint I got on ante 6
