This is absurdly fast scaling that completely breaks with Chad or Hack
Maybe if it was-
This joker gains +5 mult if the first hand played in a round contains a 5
If the +5 mult is necessary
If not, +1 mult could probably be fine enough
That being said, if it was just a wee joker for Mult and 5s, it would probably need to be a rare
it would also need to give mult at a way slower rate. wee joker gains 8 chips per 2. the conversion rate seems to be about 30-4, so maybe +1 mult, or +0.5 mult

Scary Face and Odd Todd give 30/31 chips respectively on trigger. Wee Joker gains 8 chips on trigger, putting Wee Joker at gaining a bit under 1/3rd of what Scary Face and Odd Todd give on trigger.

based on the t and s principle, 30 chips and 4 mult are equivalent. that means to convert chips to mult, you must divide by 30 and multiply by 4

Wee doesn't reward 2 chips, but at least 2 isn't in its name
I did think of that, and I think it's a bit too rough. Requires a ton of building around. At least with wee, you could play a few twos to scale chips
For this though, you would need to at the very least, with base deck, take two blinds to get any mult
