happens on all versions and its if you have a negative invisible joker, not if the invisible joker copies a negative card.

Yeah, i forgot to mention that invisible joker was negative too.

To add to the actual ‘bug’ being reported, negative jokers still take up a slot, they just add 1 to the available slots.

So if you were exactly at 5/5 jokers, you could buy a negative freely. Not being able to buy a negative when at 6/5 or greater is intended behaviour.

Yeah I mean the real bug is the negative invisible joker which is decently known by now

The rest is just "You have max jokers +1 so you cant buy more jokers"
