Lost Game Progress

I am signed in with iCloud and Game Centre, however all progress within the app has been lost when updating iOS.
Is there a way to restore progress?

Hi there, unfortunately the data is privately held by Apple and we're unable to restore progress.
However updating iOS should not have done that. I'll make sure to get that logged.

Do you own another Apple device with which you tried playing (incl. signed to your Game Center as well) Balatro on? If yes, progress is gone.

Same thing happened to me today, but my file restored partially. I still have my decks and collection, but all my stats are gone now.

Have you lost your progress again with any subsequent updates?
If so, can you confirm what was lost: stakes, jokers, decks for example?

Similar issue: I deleted and re-installed the app on iOS and lost all progress (reset fully back to tutorial) other than Game Center achievements. Was hoping progress would be synced in the cloud to my account. Is this not the case?

I have same matter too. iCloud data processing is fail and the app I’ve reinstalled from IOS is still v1.0.1 not v1.1.8 which the description shows. Could I able to get back my progress and collection?

Same for me - took a break, deleted the app a couple months ago, but just reinstalled today and all my progress is gone. Apple Arcade version, Game Center achievements are all still there, but the game is completely reset

My reinstall is also 1.0.1n FULL [M] - not sure what it’s supposed to be, but that’s what it is
