I do like the idea of a ‘reverse plasma’ joker but it’s too complex to be a realistic implementation imo

The conversion rate is way too low. chip : mult is around 7.5 : 1 (base on todd/steven and bonus/mult). Meaning mult worth more than chip at the same value, converting 30 chip to 30 mult is way stronger than 30 mult to 30 chip. This joker rely sorely on xmult joker and is unusable without one.
