This is inspired by campfire and vampire and the name is referring to the idiom "one man's trash is another man's treasure".
The artwork could be sone cards in a trash bin on the sidewalk or something.
Obvious synergy with merry andy and the discard vouchers but also with jokers that revolve around enhancements like midas mask and hologram

This is kind of weak compared to campfire. Campfire is simple and effective, use more money get more xmult. This require you to have enough enchanced card to discard. It is awkward that you really dont want to discard enchanced card compared to just selling unnecessary consumable.

I feel like this can have a more unique role if it gives +chip or +mult. If this is +5 mult for discarded enchanced card, reset after boss blind. It can be a great source of consistent mult in early game. You can discard a mult card for every hand in the ante to gain +5 mult. Which feels more unique than a worse campfire.

If you find this early, you don't really have enough enhanced cards for this to be good, and if you find it late, your enhanced cards are probably cards you want to play

Late game stuff like Bonus Cards and Mult cards are pretty useless. Wild Cards are useless through most stages of the game in most situations. Lucky and Gold cards can also fall off later on Ante 8 runs (as the Mult from Lucky becomes irrelevant and the Money from both is no longer needed as much as long as you aren't barely surviving). The only enhancements you wouldn't want to discard most of the time are Steel and Glass, which are the ones that can actually do big scoring.

That being said I would probably just want Vampire most of the time rather than this. An extra 0.05x mult at the cost of both having to expend discards and it can't properly scale is a bit rough. The advantage being that you can still use Glass and Lucky cards, but you don't get to trigger them anyways if you are discarding them.

@storm dirge I really like what u suggested, makes it more unique and scales well from early to late game even though it resets
