all of those are listed and are either on the same level as popcorn when peaking or greater or are infinitively scaling

Imagine if this makes your consumable joker stay at their highest value forever. It interact with icecream, popcorn, ramen, turtle bean and seltzer, 5 out of 150 jokers. The only broken combos here are turtle bean and seltzer. Because icecream, popcorn, ramen are easy scoring, not high scoring. If you have a main hand type, there is always better opinion that gives more scoring than these scoring consumable joker.
Now back to your suggestion. The same hold true for your suggestion. Is it good enough to use this on turtle bean and seltzer? Yes; Would I pick this over a immolate if I have a 4 mult popcorn? Never.
