It is good idea however it does need to be reworked, there are jokers like campfire activate upon selling, the altar could be reworked in a way where it is upon selling a joker. The theme would still be there is it because it would be like the Catholic Church in the medieval times.

If it will be on sale then you need to apply a limit for how often(because judgement consistently showing up if you don't use the other tarots, and don't sell them)
