The only time Ride The Bus gives any benefit is when you don't have any fsce cards, and even then, it's not much better than any regular mult joker.
I think it should be more useful to justify ever buying it.

It seems better than Green and Supernova, which is its biggest competition. It's a simple mult-scaling Joker, it does its job just fine

It's pretty easy building around Bus, and the downside isn't even that relevant. If you don't modify your deck at all then you might inevitably end up with a hand full of face cards, but that's on you for not properly playing around Bus
