Pity System (Uncommon, 8$) - Gains +1 mult whenever a positive chance (ex. Lucky Card and Wheel of Fortune, not stuff like Glass Card shatter chance) doesn't trigger
Gilded Joker (Rare, 10) - When a card would give money, it gives 2$ more
Exorcist (Uncommon, 6$) - Whenever a Joker you have has an Edition (Negative not included), remove it and gain 2 random Spectral Cards
Kuiper Belt (Rare, 8$) - Gains x0.25 mult whenever a secret hand (5OAK, Flush House, Flush Five) is played
Clownfish (Common, 4$) - Cards drawn face down are put face up and give 1$
So, how are these ideas? I think the last and third might not be all that well made, but the others seem decent to me.

Slot Machine (Rare, 10$) - Whenever you draw any 7s gain 1$, for each 7 drawn gain double $ for that draw (ex. a 7 = 2$, three 7s = 8$, so on, is NOT permanent and only activates for each draw then resets)
Collector (Uncommon, 5$) - Gains +25 chips and +5 mult whenever a voucher is bought
