yea, most likely this will have common levels of power

Might want to mention that expressly, it's a mini-deck thinner, probably only a common power level

1 rank is usually only 1/13th of your deck

I think this could lose the "first hand of round" drawback and just allow single card discards to discard all of that rank out of your deck for the current blind
