I also thought of some others

If you get over 50% of the requirement in a round and then lose, Jimbo says something like "Luck is one cruel miss!" or "You almost had him!"

If you lose in the final boss blind, Jimbo says "Phew, good thing I betted against you!"

Losing a game in which you sold the default joker (aka Jimbo) makes Jimbo have a chance of saying something funny that I can't think of

And well.. there surely are a lot of puns with the boss blinds
