Clicking "New Run" doesn't allow you to back out at all until you start a new run.

Sometimes I missclick new run when I mean to go back to the main menu, and I need to start up a new run before I can open the menu and close the game. Pressing escape on this menu does nothing and there's no button or anything to close out

I mean if you want to go to menu just hit play, and then go to menu

or just close the game because it doesnt chane anything if you close it out on that screen or main menu
