I am on the newest version of the game, and this old bug that was patched out has started happening for me again. I have tried verifying integrity, to no avail. This happens regardless of whether CRT is turned on or off.

crt is off, bloom is off, ive tried with vsync on and off, borderless windowed and fullscreen, multiple resolutions, and its still happening. i get a flash of red and green pixels about once every second/two seconds and its really distracting
i was on the beta branch of 1.0.1, and the issue only started happening after it went from beta to public
