Doesn't strip the enhancement off of debuffed cards, even when played. Either the text on the description is inaccurate or this is a bug, discovered when playing double or nothing challenge.

i dont believe debuffed cards interact with any jokers other than like flower pot, thats the only one i can remember

also now that I think about it dna should also work, maybe the interaction on play is just different than the interaction on score
