I think chance based jokers such as business card and bloodstone should give a "Nope" nope similar to Wheel of Fortune when they have the chance for their effects to apply but they don't activate. Retrigger jokers already give an "Again" again so I think it would be appropriate.

Kind of like a reminder that they're still there and also did not activate, instead of wondering if they'll activate and then just nothing happens.

Funny, but I would rather not have to go through extra animations just for comedic value

The "nopes" would really add up with a lot of retrigger jokers.

I mean, if you're getting that many nopes wouldn't it just speed up? And it's not just for comedic value, it's an indicator that the card's ability was triggered but rolled wrong.

and if you think about it, it'd be the same amount of actions as if you got it 100% of the time and that doesn't add THAT much more time

Yes, But i think this is only for non retriggering jokers like Space Joker and Hallucination, to stop the too much nopes on like, bloodstone retrigger builds, or even mime with reserved parking
