When playing card is scored, retrigger previous scoring cards.

What this joker will do is cause the effects of the previous scoring card to be inherited by the next scoring card. This includes chip value, enhancement, seal, and edition. The final scoring card inherits all the previous scoring card's effects because this effect stacks.

Btw, Tsunami is meant to synergize with Splash.
