Start with: Nothing.
Special rules: When blind is selected create 3 random jokers, every hand/discard destroys a random joker, start with 10 joker slots. Jokers spawned can have editions as if they appeared in the shop.
Banned: Nothing.
Feel free to tweak this idea in any way if you want.
