Hello! I just updated my laptop to macos 14.4.1 today, and after I did, balatro would no longer load. It would get to around 10% on the loading bar, before freezing up. I assume the update to my system is what caused it, as nothing else has changed.

switched to the public beta, tried to run it, and it worked.

the public beta is just the official 1.0.0n version, isn't it? steamdb says it hasn't been updated since then

also, the steam discussions thread op you linked to explicitly states they're running 14.4.0, so updating could not have been the problem
