Chicot is by far the weakest legendary, so I thought it would be a nice buff to not just have it disable boss blind effects, but instead have it disable all negative effects (e.g. boss blind effects, drawbacks from jokers, glass cards breaking, eternal jokers not being sellable (they still can't be destroyed, because that's more of a positive) etc.)

Yorick definitely deserves a buff too, but Chicot is worse. The boss effects are rarely a big enough problem to make it worth the legendary status to get rid of them.

The eternal disabling is something, that could be removed. It's hard to find a good balance without testing.
