I like the idea of the Waiting Joker, the others are too strong imo. ($2 for x2 Mult with no drawbacks is just a straight up better Ramen in every way.)

Lucky Joker is interesting but we have a card that fills it's role without making lucky cards (essentially) guaranteed.
