Plasma joker:
literally plasma deck's deck effect but joker version, it's more strong because it can be reorganised so you can choose when it activates.

Negative card joker (I'm bad at naming things):
At the start of a round it makes a copy of a random card in your deck but the copy is negative (so like if you have a steel king of hearts it becomes a negative steel king of hearts). The negative will basically mean "increase hand size when this card is in hand" (so the same as perkeo but hands not consumable slots)

Plasma joker seems like a very good idea, but is too strong in my opinion.
You could just benefit from a good amount of chips jokers, getting the plasma effect to boost mult and still applying x Mult afterwards.
Like Plasma deck has it's "doubles the size of blinds" nerf, this should have something similar.
Maybe a 1 on 10 chance to be destroyed kind of like Gros Michel, or Yorick who needs 23 discards before applying its effect.

Cuz it would really suck if like you got a good run that goes hella deep into late antes and could potentially break a personal or world record just for your run to die because plasma joker said "yeah nah i kinda wanna die ykyk" and you can't do anything because it was an integral part of the build and it just killed itself

Either that or it has to eat a joker to the left of it and that joker's sell cost is the amount of rounds that it doesn't self destruct for

If you really need to give it a nerf

Like for example: plasma eats a joker with 1 sell value, that means it stays "safe" for one round and if it eats a joker with 10 sale value it stays safe for 10 rounds
