this joker is useless on it's own but is build supporting kinda like pareidolias role in a face card build.

black seal: will always be unscored even if played as part of a hand.
black seal won't only be useful for unscored card builds it can also be used to make straight with face cards without triggering ride the bus for example.

null hand: a null hand is played when you play a hand consisting only of unscored cards it is considered a secret hand so error can only appear if a null hand has already been played this run. it's base stats are +50/+3
