It would be extremely satisfying and helpful if in the tooltips in the collection, it showed what the criteria was for unlocking jokers/vouchers/etc even after they had been unlocked/discovered.

At the moment, there's no way to know, for example, what exactly the unlock criteria was for Certificate, or Rough Gem, without creating a new empty profile and trying to figure out which of the locked jokers corresponds to each of those.
