I think not. I generally don't do seeded runs, very rarelly I will try to repeat a failed run once with the previous seed. There's a chance it was seeded.

Hmmmmmm seed X6FAQ8HT, if this gives stuntman on ante 1/2 then I might've seeded it...

I know unlocks don't affect the seeded runs 😛 but I got this combo very early on, I'm pretty sure I had it the first time around
