x1.5 mult for each NON-scoring card in played hand

burnt apex

So like-- if you play pair, two pair, or high card and throw in some extra cards, this'll proc?

#

I really like the flavor

shy oak
#

It's weaker than Trio (and technically Duo because it requires a non-scoring card in hand), but more versatile.

junior trail

i like the flavor! 2x might be a little strong given how common non-scoring cards are?

half haven
#

very interesting synergy with 4 fingers, would non-scoring include debuffed cards?

it's a little confusing since debuffed doesn't activate jokers directly tied to the cards but I guess this isn't tied to the card, it's tied to the hand

same here, would make a great early-game multiplier for some non-standard builds (4oak, 2pair, pair, 3oak, high)

shy oak
#

maybe reduce it to "1.5x per non-scoring card", to make it even weaker with bigger hands

half haven
#

that would make it a bit more specialized for high card but maybe slightly more balanced

#

if it's an effect on the card and can be retriggered, it might be a little too strong

spring goblet

what hand could benefit from this fhe most?

#

4oak ig

#

or 4fingers strush

hollow yew
#

does this essentially read "high card gets x5 mult"

shy oak
#

Yeah but it doesnt benefit from Stone cards or Splash, two mainstays of highcard builds

spring goblet
#

exactly when will it trigger, that sounds extremely important

I think it would be funny if this joker was like reverse of "picks a card" blind where you aren't allowed to play a random card in your hand unless you discard or play a hand (obv for a bonus).

#

Or if it's a bit too mechanically intensive, it debuffs a random card instead and gives a bonus if you don't play it.

if it is, then for lvl1 high card it is just Jimbo
