x3 mult if the sum of the scoring Number cards (Aces count as 1, Face cards are ignored) is exactly 15.
If the sum goes over 15, -1 hand size for the rest of the round and disables itself
Edit: Buffed to 15

I would say however, since it is scoring hand, that the number that needs to be exact is changed to a even number

The reason for this is that, unless your using that joker that lets any hand be a scoring hand, no regular hand can exactly equal 11, as more often than not, the only hand that can make 11 are:
---Ace high card (if allowed)
---full house 3's and Ace's
---a flush if you made your deck primarily low suit cards

If you bump it up to 12, you can get 12 out of:

---a pair of 6's
---three of a kind 4's
---four of a kind 3's

I think the number should be akin to something like 21, 11 is a low number with few possibilitys outside of editing your deck
