Had many spectral packs due to double tag,
Used Hex, went to main menu, when I continued the game, It came back to this.
Returned to the state before hex, but no spectral cards to choose, and a disabled skip button

I had a similar issue with a tarot packs and double tags. I am on version 0.9.3g-DEMO

I can say that I have had this same bug on 1.0.0.L
