If there is a valuable skipping reward and I'm in a position to take it, Ill skip the blind even without the double tag. But I voted C because that's the scenario I find myself in most of the time

I only use it when I have a pretty good reward, skipping a blind can sometimes not be so rewarding, though most of the times I keep forgetting that skipping exists
