it feels kinda weird to lose by default because the game decded this would be a 4 of a kind instead of a flush, despite 4 of a kind technically being a stronger poker hand, maybe some way to choose which type of hand is best for your joker setup if multiple apply would be cool?

I run until this every so often when I'm doing a flush or straight run and end up playing a level 1 straight flush when I have flush or straight leveled up a bunch with planet cards

Could have it play whichever eligible hand has the highest base score (factoring in planet card upgrades) or add a left/right arrow functionality to manually choose which hand to play

Or leave it as is as say tough luck lol. I'd honestly be fine with either.

I think dodging high hands is a fun component to the challenge of the game

I think it's a nice level of nuance. Gotta be smart when modifying your deck to make sure the hand you want to play is the most likely to draw/play. it's also an extra level of confusion and clutter to add more settings and menus
