Can play 1 extra card per hand
Reasoning: Gives more value to stone cards which I find pretty weak. Haven't given much thought on if this will break anything but it would be nice to have more hands that make use of stone cards

Four finger joker gives you the ability to make 2 straights, I don't see why the game would be forced to make new hands with 6 cards just use the best legal hand. I think it would be a common playing or discarding 6 cards to mill would be reliable, I find myself not discarding 5 a lot of the time. But it could open the window to make straight flushes and flush houses easier.
Also stone cards need all the help it can get
