TL;DR - Card enhancement, hard to get, no rank or suit, scores always, destroys card to right and then inherits it's bonus attributes (like Hiker Chips) and then scores with them. Intended to work well in my mod that adds many more ways to get card bonus attributes

You go to a shop and open up a Pog Pack. You choose a hypothetical pog that gives +3 Mult to a card. You use it on a card, and that card now has +3 mult.
Later, you go into the shop again, get a tarot card, and decide to make that card like, glass or something, I dunno. But it's completely irrelevant to what the pog did.
Now, you can go get another Pog Pack, and maybe you use that same pog again on that same card. This card is now a glass card that also scores six additional mult
They do not conflict with enhancements, that's the point I'm kinda making here

achievements aren't related to profiles
but as mentioned already, they're disabled by default whenever you install steamodded (which is required for basically all other mods)
