Finally got this working, been working on a remix mod called "Disheveled" that remixes a lot of things in the game, and one of those things is making tags clickable abilities that have a certain amount of charges that you can use any time you like. Here I made Juggle Tag have 10 charges of drawing 1 card (might adjust the amounts ofc, but, thats the idea!)

You can click them if they're there, I imagine normal tags would just function as normal, I'll have to try that
But getting normal tags is not gonna be a common occurrence since this mod will disable vanilla tags/jokers/etc and replace it with "Disheveled" versions
